About Me

In February 2009, I left the Boardroom for the Playroom for a self-imposed motherhood sabbatical.

Since then, our family of four began an ongoing quest to simplify our lives and discover the real purpose God wants for us. In the first year, God told us to pack up our North Carolina memories and make the trek to North Atlanta.

We are Girls (and Boy) on the move towards living our best life, even when it includes some stumbles along the way.

The cast of characters includes our oldest daughter, Emmy. With leaps and twirls, pink tutus and an instrument or two, she moves across dance floors whether in a Kindermusik classroom, ballet studio, or living room.

Our youngest daughter, Ellery, continues to discover how legs and feet work together to take her places. Fast. And usually where she shouldn't be. She is our fearless one.

And then, the man who started it all, my partner, Clay. He supports and actively participates in my daily desires to redefine our lives and put into practice where God is leading us. He embraces the silliness that a house with three girls can bring.

So for now, this former marketing professional spends her days surrounded by diapers, goldfish, and pink...lots of pink.

A special thank you to Jennifer Stimpson of Tortuga Sky Photography for the photos on this page. She is an amazingly talented photographer.
